About I studied Psychology (B.Sc., University of Groningen) and Work & Organizational Psychology (M.Sc., Maastricht University) in the Netherlands before I moved to Ireland to pursue my PhD in Organizational Psychology in the department of HRM & OB at DCU Business School.

I gained professional experience in HRM at Zalando AG and market research experience at YouGov Deutschland AG in Germany. Furthermore, I am an active member in the DCU Business Consulting Society, working with Irish start-ups.

I seek international exchanges and research collaborations.

Fields of interests / PhD topic: Leadership, gender, implicit motives (motivation)

Other interests: Talent management, psychological contracts, CEO effects

Proposition of common research in GETM3 As I am a junior researcher (third year PhD), I am seeking GETM3 collaborations in which I take the role of co-author / second author. I would love to gain project management experience from other researchers and learn how to conduct international research collaborations. I am passionate about org. psychology and would bring knowledge on leadership, gender, motivation and other org. psychology-related topics to the table. I am educated in statistics and research methods in social sciences and can use (among others) SPSS, Excel, Qualtrics and Surveymonkey.
