About

Katarina Katja Mihelič is Associate Professor of Management and Organization at the Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana. She teaches courses related to human interaction and behavior in organizations. Her research interests lie in the area of work-family intersections, ethical behaviour, managing talent and high achievers. Her research has been published in Journal of Business Ethics, Personnel Review, Business Ethics: A European Review, and Creativity Research Journal, among others. In academic work and work with organizations she is committed to exploring individual and organizational characteristics that facilitate work engagement, thriving and consequently lead to meaningful lives.
